The latest qt version of yast2 software management hasn't a repository manager menu item anymore. In order to refresh or turn repositories on or of you now have to exit software management.

did you try configuration/repositories in menu ?
(i use opensuse 11.1 beta3)

I assume its beta 4, I updated satsolver-tools / libzypp and yast2 to see if bug 437215 was fixed. yast2-libyui-2.17.14-1.6, yast2-ncurses-pkg-2.17.8-1.4, yast2-pkg-bindings-2.17.21-1.4, yast2-qt-pkg-2.17.14-1.3, libzypp-5.19.0-2.1 and satsolver-tools-0.12.1-1.3 
There is no configuration/repositories in menu thats what the bug is about.

yast2-ncurses still has repository manager access from within software management.

Updated all of yast2 and now I have configuration menu back again.
