No. This is KDE polling for new outputs all the time. Fixed for Beta4. Lubos, please close as duplicate. Thanks for pointing that out Stefan. Sadly I cannot find that report. Just to make sure it is a duplicate: This happens just if I have my internal and external display on. If I just use the external it does not blank. this is not fixed with todays factory, which I thought would be close to beta4. Stefan do you now the package which changelog I would have to look at? Does 'qdbus org.kde.kded /kded unloadModule randrmonitor' fix the problem?
