Description Gerald Pfeifer 2008-11-01 02:41:07 UTC
Observed against a Groupwise server, may happen with other protocols
as well.

How to reproduce:

 - Enter " blah" in an open chat.
 - See only "blah" show up on your side.
 - Verify with other party that she also only sees "blah".

This is a regression from kopete in KDE3 (both in openSUSE 11.0 and
openSUSE 11.1 Beta).

It's an artifact of the way we generate MS-RTF. Blame the GWIM programmers for using that instead of HTML.
