According to the screenshot this looks like a KDE4 issue. yes, this was with KDE4. I'm guessing you unplugged the power supply before the laptop suspended, causing the notification, but the notification was not cleaned up on resume. Seems to be an upstream bug. Created attachment 288221 [details]

the issue is still there in 11.1 GA.
No problems with this in 4.3.4 release 2 |
