The xrdp init script isn't conform to LSB and SUSE rules

- missing mandatory commands (status, reload, try-restart, ...)
- wrong message and exit code when already started
- doesn't use SUSE colored status messages

overall the script doesn't look like a SUSE init script. See /etc/init.d/skeleton as reference.

the rcxrdp symlink is missing too
