Both Up and Down button at main page have strange focus beahavior. If I want move some rule from bottom to top (special case is add new rule and move it at top), I want only click on Up key. But after press Up/Down focus in table is moved to first item which prevent this behavior.

That is because each time the whole content of the table (`Items property) is generated anew as it is not possible to change only one item. And if no explicit item to focus is specified, 1st one wins.
Easy to fix, however.
