When I execute `pg_config --libs`

 I get this list of libraries:
 
-lpgport -lxslt -lxml2 -lpam -lssl -lcrypto -lgssapi_krb5 -lz -lreadline -lcrypt -ldl -lm

 Unfortunately, libpgport does not seem to be available.

`pg_config --libs` is not intended to be used that way.
