Description Carlos Lange 2008-12-14 20:52:12 UTC
After successfully recognizing a Windows partition and the /boot partition of openSUSE 10.3 during the initial phase of installtion, in the last phase (network and hardware), YaST removes the entry pointing to this previous installation.

In the attachments, y2logs.initial.tgz and menu.lst.old correspond to the initial phase of installation, while y2logs.tgz and menu.lst correspond to the final point of installation, just before clicking Finish.

Are you sure, that it is 11.1 final??? This bug occur in RC1 and should be fixed. Please try rpm -q perl-Bootloader and write what version you have.
Comment 6 Carlos Lange 2008-12-15 13:46:14 UTC
It's RC1 and I was wondering why I said Final. Now, I tried and the "Found in version" flag only offers Final, so that is probably why I submitted it this way. Where can I get the final version? (and can Bugzilla be fixed to show RC1 as optional version?)

It sounds from you that this bug is a duplicate, but I couldn't find the solved bug, so I let you point to it.
Comment 7 Josef Reidinger 2008-12-15 14:05:29 UTC
OK, then I mark it as duplicate. Final you can get I think on Thursday, when it release.
