I've attached a screenshot that shows the problem.  I'm guessing that each of the columns has a recommended size and one is marked as expandable, but in this case none of the columns is marked as expandable.  Should be a trivial fix.

This bug is fixed. yast2-qt-pkg version 2.18.2 will contain this fix.
