What display manager are you using? GMD ... Were any buttons and menu entries disabled because the GNOME display manager is a bit buggy in switching functionality at the moment (e. g. bug #450759 and bug #460591)? GDM ... I mostly use a KDE 3.5.10 session. Is the function "Lock screen & switch user" still provided in the other desktop environments? It doesn't work with GDM. There are more menu entries and buttons displayed if my KDE3 session was started by a display manager like KDM. . *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 331569 *** |
