After having installed Kaffeine, Xine and the Codecs from Videolan and Packman, Kaffeine would haver worked, if it was accessing problems to the DVD device. This happened in all four installations on 4 different machines.
- it was not eneough to add the users to the video group
- only after changing acces permissions of /dev/sr0 I was able to view videos, but I think, that a normal user, should not need to change accesspermissions on devices.
