By default, Ogg Theora *.ogv files are not associated with a media player.  Once associated, the files do not display a MIME icon in Dolphin.

These icons are often shipped with the Oxygen set:
/opt/kde4/share/icons/oxygen/scalable/mimetypes/audio-x-flac+ogg.svgz
/opt/kde4/share/icons/oxygen/scalable/mimetypes/audio-x-speex+ogg.svgz
/opt/kde4/share/icons/oxygen/scalable/mimetypes/audio-x-vorbis+ogg.svgz
/opt/kde4/share/icons/oxygen/scalable/mimetypes/video-x-ogm+ogg.svgz
/opt/kde4/share/icons/oxygen/scalable/mimetypes/video-x-theora+ogg.svgz

Also, for Ogg Theora files with *.ogg extension, the audio MIME icon is used.
