opensuseupdater: do not include in the list already downloaded packages

Maybe I am missing something, but...

Let's say I downloaded new, fresh, package A directly using zypper. After two hours I get info via OSU that there is new fresh package A, would like to install it.
Please, check the packages on the system -- if I already have one, then showing all repo has it just making a noise, and it is hard to maintain the system. Because there is an obvious question -- is this the same package A, or maybe it is some kind of updated package A?

In my case it was fetchmsfonts package which, I am convinced at 99%, was missing this morning at appear near noon, so I really doubt there was new package and 3 hours later a patch for it.

it was an updated fetchmsttfonts package which we released this morning I think.

If you had it, it was updated now.

It should not appear again ;)
