Steps to reproduce:

1 - Go to Yast/Virtualization/Create virtual Machine.
2 - Select I need to install a Virtual machine
3 - Select Opensuse 11
4 - Click in disks them on CD-ROM. Click OK and you will get the follow error:
" The installation source is using a unsupported protocol"

Please try a newer vm-install at,

http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss/suse/i586/
