Hello,

I tried installing patches but there was a package which could not be found. After manually refreshing, the problem persisted, and I removed my current opensuse repo's and added the officially ones listed on the wiki:
http://en.opensuse.org/Package_Repositories#Official_Repositories

Doesn't work either, it gives error:

Please, check if the URLs defined for this repository are pointing to a valid repository.

Then I disabled this repo and used the yast "online update configuration" wizard. The configuration fails with the error:

so it seems I can't update my install anymore..
