knetworkmanager (KDE4) offers to create a openvpn connection in the vpn section although no openvpn package is installed.


This is with openSUSE 11.1 using the KDE4-Factory repo:
NetworkManager-kde4-0.7.svn911495-39.4
NetworkManager-vpnc-kde4-0.7.svn911495-39.4



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to Manage Connections
2.go to VPN
3.choose add -> openVPN is offered altough not installed


Expected Results:  
no openVPN is offered

Fixed with the new NetworkManager-kde4.

And thanks that it is back as tray icon!
