yast user and group management require ldap properties even when ldap is disabled (do not use ldap) . Without filling in a value for 'LDAP Base DN' I can't close LDAP Client Configuration (entered to disable ldap for passwords).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. during configuration overview run yast2 'user and group management'
2. ldap is not yet configured, but yast says that ldap is in use (client).
3. click ldap link entering 'LDAP Client Configuration'.
4. Set 'do not use ldap' radiobatton
5. Cannot quit with OK (gives error alike 'enter base dn'
6. enter anything as 'base dn', clik OK - passing - the ldap is now unused. :)

Expected Results:
After 'do not use ldap' radio batton other checks for ldap params are wrong and useless.
