on partitioner, both the gtk version (OS 11.0) and the new version of the installer, only accept integer numbers to specify a new partition size, on the resize partition option.

Please, allow the user to enter a non int number (ie 0.5) to choose lower/middle values.
IHMO a spinner is not the best component to use here. The scrollbar could scroll in steps of 0.1 or 0.5.

Some partitioners are more intuitive, and allow the user to enter human readable values, for instance: entering 50MB, 50M, 10GB; the partitioner will calculate the appropriate size in bytes.
