In /var/log I have found a file `PackageKit' with the following contents:

Apparently, this is some kind of log file.  However, the file permissions of
this file are 755 which is plain wrong.  It should be 644.

I cannot reproduce this with newer openSUSE versions.We suggest to upgrade to a newer openSUSE version.
