After adding
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/perl/SLE-10-SP2/
as new installation source on entering Yast->Software->Software management get:

There was an error in installation source initialization. <URL> : Cannot create package object

#URL==http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/perl/SLE-10-SP2/

After pressing Ok. Works without problems. No packages from needed source are in list.
