AFAIK this is a legal requirement, if you install any SW with EULA you _have_ to confirm it otherwise you are not allowed to use the SW. Even during upgrade/downgrade, because the EULA might be different. And even if it's the same I think you have to know that it still applies to the new (old) version of the SW. |
