I do not want to have automatic online update so I uncheck it from YaST. But when I run YaST again, the checkbox is checked again, to appear unchecked after a seconds.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run yast as root.
2.Browse to Online Update Configuration.
3.See that the checkbox for it appears checked and then unchecked.
Actual Results:  
Online Update Configuration's checkbox appears checked and then unchecked.

Expected Results:  
To appear always unchecked if I unchecked it last time I run YaST.

My guess is that you mean the time right after the opening of the widget and before the update of the settings in the UI.
After opening the window the current settings are applied to the user interface. Yet I never heard that this takes a second or more.

I regard this as an enhancement. Not everything can be applied to the UI before opening it but maybe we can do a little better in this case.

Fixed with the newest version of yast2-registration 2.18.0
