When I open Dolphin File Manager in root mode the following error is displayed every time at the bottom of the dolphin window, however it will disappear as soon as I change focus to this window

Error is
Could not start process Cannot talk to klauncher. The name
org.kde.klauncher was not provided by any .service files

QA - Possible Dupe - many bugs at various stages in Bugzilla
QA - If not dupe - I can supply immediate Yast2 logs


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Dolphin File Manager in root mode
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Error response displayed at bottom of Dolphin Window in RED - Changes itself to black and when user click to change focus of Window Error above will disappear.

Could not start process Cannot talk to klauncher. The name
org.kde.klauncher was not provided by any .service files



Expected Results:  
No Error response - However without an extraordinary amount of usage I cannot tell if any the error does effect any functions of the application

QA - If not dupe can supply Yast logs or other immediately.
