Using KDE-4.2.2 or KDE-4.2.3 from .../repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.1

Konqueror
Version 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2) "release 114"
Version 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3) "release 116"

At "sysinfo" (My Computer): right-clicking on device names in the "Disk Information" list does not give options "Like Mount or Eject".  The options displayed are those for a regular folder/directory.


Using Konqueror 3.5.10 release 21.11 in the same KDE4 session displays the expected behaviour and allows CDs and DVDs to be unmounted and ejected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. insert a CD or DVD
2. open KDE4-Konqueror
3. enter "sysinfo" on the location bar
4. right mouse-click on the underlined media title in the "Disk Information" list.
Actual Results:  
The options shown are those for a normal file or folder and do not include Mount/Unmount or Eject.

Expected Results:  
Mount/Unmount and Eject options to be displayed to allow the media to be e.g. ejected.

Actually... It was great, fun and enjoyable task :)


kio_sysinfo from KDE's trunk offers:
1) Mounting on clicking device label
2) Unmounting (ejecting) on clicking eject icon on right of device

RMB popup menu is kdelibs part and you have to wait for KDE 4.4 to have "Mount"/"Unmount" operations available in popup menu. This is considered feature, not bug, so was not backported to KDE 4.3.

kio_sysinfo should be updated for openSUSE 11.2 release. I'm afraid it's fixes won't be backported to openSUSE 11.1.
