The Configure Desktop Settings>Network in KDE 4.1 are in conflict with Yast>Network Services>Proxy

I do not feel that any Proxy services are valid in the Configure Desktop area. These should be confined to Yast as they have always been. I can see no logic nor benefit in being able to configure a proxy server in KDE Configure Desktop>Network as well as in Yast>Network Services>Proxy

One has to go as configuring both of them would lead to huge conflicts and a totally shaky environment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Yast>Network Services>Proxy
AND
2. KDE Configure Desktop>Network>Proxy Settings
Actual Results:
I am to afraid to configure both as the logic for maintaining both places to config a proxy server is flawed and if configured I do not know who would override who.

Expected Results:
1 Place to configure any Proxy, that being Yast.

YaST does system-wide settings, KDE does user settings.

Fixed to make KDE use Yast settings, unless overriden.
