is that a new trend? Should we put now everyone of R&D in CC of every bug? Group effort is the message?

wireless-tools is funny anyway as it has two kind of frensh man pages. I think /usr/share/man/fr.ISO8859-1 can go, we have utf-8 as default for ages and our tools autoconvert.

libiw-devel split out of wireless-tools. FIXED.
