Description Dave Johnson 2009-05-29 19:12:54 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4) Gecko/20090426 SUSE/3.5b4-2.1 Firefox/3.5b4

When I click on any other volume (installed in the computer, not external), it refuses to mount it and gives an error message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the volume in Dolphin's left window
2.
3.
Actual Results:
An error occured while accessing 'Volume (reiserfs)', the system responded: org.freedesktop.org.Hal.PermissionDeniedByPolicy: org.freedesktop..hal.storage.mount-fixed auth_admin_keep_always <-- (action, result)

Expected Results:
Mounted the volume!

polkit-auth --obtain org.freedesktop.hal.storage.mount-fixed, lauched from user`s session fixes this bug: why not modify PoliciKit`s defaults that it would allow user to mount fixed volumes from LiveCDs?

's/PoliciKit/PolicyKit/'
Polkit-gnome works well on GNOME livecds. Why KDE4.3 with PK support doesn`t work with it well?
