When zypper fails to refresh a repository, choosing "abort" does not stop it from going on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup at least 2 repositories with "auto refresh"
2. Disconnect from internet
3. Exec "sudo zypper ref"
4. Zypper says "Failed to download..." and asks "Abort, Continue or Ignore?"
5. Select abort by typing "a"
Actual Results:
Zypper continues to refresh the next repository and again throws an error.

Expected Results:
Stop refreshing and exit.
