Rudi, the package must be still in some non-oss blacklist.

BTW: I wonder why it's not in some public repo other than 11.2 already, it's use case doesn't really sound like it has to be on a medium used by thousands of people outside of Novell if it can be downloaded from home:binli on opensuse.org

it's not in a blacklist, but it still has the "NoSource:" tag in the specfile
