It was the same in MS4.
I have nvidia, AIGLX and COMPOSITE are trned on, compiz works correctely, bu i can not start it settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Computer
2. Select Control Panel
3. Click on Descktp Effects ot Compiz settings button
