I need to replug dongle to activate kbluetooth icon - after this everythin is fine

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect bluetooth dongle to computer
2. Start system and log in
3. Try to use bluetooth by kbluetooth4

Sorry I thought that it wasn't question for me

I updated kdebluetooth4 package to: 0.3-8.1 and agent is working fine but problem still exist

after system start agent is offline and only available options is to close and about (btw about is also not working)

After replug bluetooth dongle eve is working fine.

And the last changelog is about folder of incoming files
