unscd is installed


/etc/init.d/nscd start returned 7 (program is not running)

Are you using AppArmor?

Does anything appear in the logs?

AppArmor is instaled.

In nscd.log

cannot set groups for user 'nobody' operation not permitted

nscd not started

Ah. Thank you for the report, we already know about this bug, a fixed unscd package is queued.
