pinheiro stated that this change was requested by llunak. I'm not sure why flatter is better but I would vote for sticking to the original. pinheiro said he just made this change as part of the tweaks for openSUSE. I don't from the artist's mouth: "better contrast, white on white is not good contrasts, i also made some changes in the non accell version to make it better looking, but i would like your feedback on it, If everybody likes it better 4.4 version will probably include parts of this :)" So it's a feature, not a bug. He seems to change his mind from day to day. Unfortunaltely konversation does not keep endless logs, so I cannot quote him. My feedback: it looks kde3ish -> I prefer the 4.3 genuine panel. Since 11.2 ships KDe 4.3 and not 4.4, it should look like 4.3 and not 4.4, if those changes make it at all. ...it does: [Freitag, 25.
