Currently Subversion is in:

* Subversion
* devel:tools:scm
* devel:tools:scm:svn

and it is totally unclear which is the mainly maintained one without digging through the source and the packages' build dates to find out which is the supported one.

FWIW: the "devel" project is devel:tools:scm:svn

Please remove 2 of them so it is more clear which is the supported one.

I have removed the Subversion packages and will remove them from devel:tools:scm when the change requests are approved. 

announcement has been written to packaging and buildservice. resolving as duplicate to the other bug for the final project cleanup.
