Description Piotrek Juzwiak 2009-10-23 09:56:28 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.223.2 Safari/532.2

If i change a mouse theme using the KDE's personal settings to an other mouse theme then the theme will change BUT previous mouse theme will show up under YaST, it's modules and for example when i run Chromium browser i have the mouse theme i changed to but when i load some site then it uses the previous theme (the one when something loads)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change the mouse theme
2.Open YaST
3.Move the mouse cursor in and out of YaST window
Actual Results:
The mouse theme is "inconsistent" and changes between the actual and previous one.

Expected Results:
The mouse theme should be immediately changed and stay that way under every window possible.

I seriously doubt that to be an X.Org issue. Reassigning.

Sorry for that, i didn't really know to what should i assign it. In one way X.Org manages the X server and the mouse pointer position and in the other mouse theme belongs to KDE. I chose the lesser evil ?

BTW. If i relogin after changing the mouse theme then all is fine. I guess this should help in pinpointing that issue (or marking it as won't fix ;) )

Additionally it is not only YaST that has such situation, as i pointed out, i use chromium and i can see that in there too. For example, i have a white theme and my previous theme was black. Normally under chromium window i have white theme BUT when i hit refresh or any new website loads then i get the black theme. These are the applications i hit with that so far.

Product is no longer supported. In case the issue is still reproducable on a maintainerd product (at that momement: openSUSE 13.1 or later), feel free to reopen.
