The TV channel scan in the opensuse Yast2 TV module fails for my Hauppauge WinTV HVR 950 USB HD TV tuner. I get the following error message:

vbi: open failed [/dev/vbi0]
Number of TV Stations Found: 0

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug in HVR 950
2. Open Yast2 TV Card Module
3. Either Add card or Edit existing card (card is not autodetected)
4. Select Hauppauge then Hauppauge WinTV HVR 950 or keep Autodetected card
5. Click TV Channels... button
6. Select correct TV Standard and Frequency Table
7. Click Scan the Channels
Actual Results:
TV Channel Scan window opens.

Message appears in window:

vbi: open failed [/dev/vbi0]
Number of TV Stations Found: 0

Expected Results:
TV Channel Scan window opens. Channels are scanned. Stations are found.

Sorry I have no time to maintain the tv card packages anymore (and I can't test them either, because the analog broadcasting has been shut down here). I'll gladly pass the packages to someone else.
