Repositioning a KMail theme's column to a different position fails to change the column's position in the KMail display.

After KMail restart, any changes are reverted to defaults.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KMail
2. click on "Select View Appearance (Theme)" pulldown
3. Click "Configure ..."
4. Select "Appearance" tab
5. Select (e.g.) "Classic" Theme
6. Drag (e.g.) theme's "Important" column to '1st position'
7. Change column's visibility to default == visible
7. Click OK to save
Actual Results:
No changes in display occur -- i.e., "Important" column is NOT in first position.

After KMail restart, repeating steps above, in Appearance tab, changes have reverted to default.

Repeated with Cloned-theme ... same problem.

This is not an openSUSE specific KMail bug. Use the bugs.kde.org report referenced to track this bug.
