As Arthur writes about validating RC2.9: Setup process stops at “language” selecting stage. After touch finish in /var/lib/yastws/basesystem/, WebYaST can login. Please see below for details. Because of this issue, eulas, admin, network, time, mail, and registration CANNOT verified in setup stage. Cannot test initial setup -> blocker, will fix for RC3. (I am sorry I did not have the time to catch this myself. The next check-in deadline will be 2pm at the latest.) I have switched the environment to development mode and the log says "Success non-wizard redirect", so probably something is wrong with the new Basesystem library :-(
