Description Christian Trippe 2009-11-21 17:35:23 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/4.3; Linux) KHTML/4.3.1 (like Gecko) SUSE

After an upgrade from openSUSE 11.1 to openSUSE 11.2 I changed a repository from the 11.1 to the 11.2 version via yast, this changed the alias of the repository.
I would be nice if the alias would not be changed. This is especially annoying as you cannot change the alias via yast (as far as I know).

I am not sure if this is actually a bug, or a in my opinion annoying but correct behaviour.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open yast2 repositories
2. change the URL of one repo from ....11.1 to ....11.2

Actual Results:
If the alias of this repo was XYZ before the new is XYZ_1

Expected Results:
The alias stays the same.

It's rather a bug.

Fixed in yast2-packager-2.20.5 (Factory, YaST:Head, openSUSE-11.4-M3)
