there is probably no xrdp on 11.2 anyway, so do not use it. (but it probably has the same issue on SLE11 and moblin 2.0) I encountered the same issue today. Can't something be done to either fix this or disable the package or something? Fortunately I had a firewall config backup but less sophisticated users might not. rpm -e yast2-rdp we cannot really drop it from released products. If someone from the community wants to do a fix he/she is welcome. It seems to me that there are two issues: 1. modifying the firewall by whatever mechanism yast2-rdp uses (yast2 firewall?) seems to hose the firewall config. This, to me, is the much more important issue. 2. yast2-rdp cannot be used as shipped. Perhaps a dummy replacement package could be made which says "if you need rdp functionality, add this repo....". but to me issue number 1 is by far the bigger one. package droppe, maintainer gone, 11.2 hits EOL soon... |
