11.2 is installed on a netbook with build-in UMTS-Modem.
 Although all entries in KNetworkmanager are made (including PIN, saved in kwallet), it fails to connect:

(and yes, the SIM is the right one!)
KDE is upgraded to 4.3.4 from the buildservice

Should be fixed with 11.4's Network Management plasmoid.

seem still happed in some cases.

First tray did not work. PIN is stored in the wallet.

Personnaly, I cannot reproduce the problem anymore with an updated 11.4 while the original 11.4 release failed almost every time.
