* no documentation
* no man pages
* no useful --help output from binaries
* contradictory information on wiki pages
* its not even clear if this is related to e.g.
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/preload/
  I think not, so this preload package should probably be renamed

Expected Results:  
Have atleast enough documentation to be able to administrate the tool.
