I'm using MonoTouch 1.5 Professional, forgot to mention that... Hello, Could you provide a sample application which exhibits this behaviour? Thanks. A cleaned up stack-trace:

(In reply to comment #2) > Hello, > > Could you provide a sample application which exhibits this behaviour? > Thanks. I'll try and build one, but am quite busy at the moment as there are other things needed to be done to our app. Maybe if it helps in the meantime: Most of the time, I fetch the HTTPS request using System.Net.WebClient.DownloadString(url) first and then parse the result and load that into a UIWebView with LoadHtmlString, but I believe the problem occurs with the WebClient... Thanks, Olaf Created attachment 353095 [details]
Sample solution including crash report and device log
This attachment include a simple sample that exhibits the same behaviour. I was able to reproduce the issue when launching the application, changing the selected tab to "Item 2", then waiting for the device to suspend while connected via USB, then re-activating the device and switching to "Item 1". You probably have to try that a few times, it does not seem to fail everytime.
Bug 594625 seems to be the exact same issue and stacktrace, though on Mac OS X/Mono 2.6.3 and not on the iPhone/MonoTouch - maybe this helps... Also I have updated today to MonoTouch 2.0.1 and the latest Mono and MonoDevelop final releases, and the problem persists... This should be fixed in the next release. |
