Same here. Tested with openSUSE-DVD-Build0577-i586.iso aka milestone6. Happens within VirtualBox and also with a real PC. Workaround deselect all openoffice related packages during the install process, after doing so the installations finishes fine. I also experienced this. It failed for me on a 32-bit real (not virtualized) system. The installation does not progress past when it is trying to install: OpenOffice_org-calc_extensions-3.2.0.99.3-1.1.i586.rpm unopkg.bin processor usage sits at 90% and y2base processor usage sits at 33%. (I don't know why these don't add to 100% since this is a true uniprocessor system (no HT)). Installed without OpenOffice_org_calc-extension. After install YasT halted when it had installed it and didn't install the packages after it until I restarted YaST and installed them. So the problem is not isolated to the installer.
