Description Rafał Miłecki 2010-05-09 17:17:18 UTC
User-Agent: Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux i686; U; pl) Presto/2.2.15 Version/10.10

I try to install openSUSE 11.3 Milestone 6 as guest in my hosting openSUSE 11.2 with VirtualBox 3.1.6 (same problem was with 3.1.4).

In Installation Overview I disabled all 4 additional groups in Desktop Functions:
Multimedia
Office Software
Graphics
Games

It hangs on installing OpenOffice_org-calc-extensions. I can not even switch to "Slide Show" or "Release Notes".

It has happened in all my 3 tries of installing (same configuration, same machine, same VirtualBox machine).

Right now I'm going to retest this without touching Software in Inslattion Overview.

Reproducible: Always

The same happens when I do not change anything in Installation Overview → Software.

OpenOffice_org-calc-extensions package is broken on openSUSE-11.3-m6-i586. The only solution is to explicitely disable it before you start installation.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for pointing to duplicate and sorry for problem. I shouldn't have search for "OpenOffice_org-calc-extensions" in open reports only. I would find original report then.

Do not worry. It is always better to report it twice than newer ;-)
