When exactly does this error occur?

And please, attach YaST logs (see http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs/YaST)

Maxim, please attach the log files and/or provide a screenshot of whole YaST, not just the single error window.

Or at least describe what did you do.

Hm, no response. Anyway, I've added a check for line length in Popup::Error function, so show LongError could be used instead.

(Other Popup function does not seem to be affected by potentially long unknown strings)

I'm sorry, I'm cat't provide log. It's old problem and now I have fresh install opensuse 11.3. And now I'm not sure that can reproduce this problem.
