dovecot12 packages are in the Factory OSS repo, but have been omitted from the 11.3 milestone DVDs

Dovecot is a major IMAP server and has benn included in SuSE/openSuSE releases since at least 10.0

dovecot11 is part of the patterns and dovecot12 does not provide/obsolete it even though 11 was dropped.

it has a conflict on the dovecot11 package.

dovecot11, dovecot12 and the upcoming dovecot20 spec files has the tags:

Provides:       dovecot = %{version}
Obsoletes:      dovecot < %{version}
