Description Christian Boltz 2010-06-17 21:01:47 UTC
In SpamAssassin, the DNS_FROM_OPENWHOIS scores for every mail because the blacklist used for it is dead.

http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/Rules/DNS_FROM_OPENWHOIS
http://www.dnsbl.com/2009/08/status-of-blopen-whoisorg-dead.html

This means _every_ mail gets 1.13 points on openSUSE 11.1 servers.
If I got the google result right, the rule even scores 2.431 points on openSUSE 11.2 servers - that means a good chance to produce false positives.

Please release a SA update to remove this rule.

Note: This bugreport is against 11.1, but please check all versions (11.2, the upcoming 11.3, SLES, ...)
