Hello,

Just installed openSUSE 11.3 and this error comes up during boot.

Starting Name Service Cache Daemonbind(/var/run/nscd/socket): No such file
or directory
startproc: exit status of parent of /usr/sbin/nscd: 1

Installing nscd - Name Service Caching Daemon and deinstallation of
unscd-0.45-5.1.i586 sorted the issue but how was this bug missed!

I strongly feel that an updated media must be released (openSUSE 11.31)
after a while with all ths minor bugs cleaned!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install x86 or x86_64 as server without any graphical interface.
2.
3.
