I have all the default settings in place to automount my external usb hard drive on boot.

It is an ext4 formatted drive at /dev/sdb1

The drive is labelled BUFFALO

My problem is that when I boot the drive will be mounted in /media/BUFFALO
On reboot it will be mounted in /media/BUFFALO_1
on another reboot it will be mounted /media/BUFFALO_2

The previous directories remain but are empty and the drive is mounted in the latest added directory.

This creates particular problems for my Samba shares on the exernal drive as they keep on moving and every time moved become unavailable on Samba shares.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
